KFA Secure Slim Victory Over Rectitude FA

Kwara Football Academy (KFA) made a fast start in their latest Kwara Kiddies League outing, edging Rectitude FA 1-0 in a tightly contested match marked by early drama and missed opportunities.

KFA wasted no time asserting themselves, as Isiaq Mustapha opened the scoring just four minutes into the game with a well-placed finish that gave his side the early advantage.

Rectitude FA responded quickly and nearly leveled the score in the 10th minute, but their effort narrowly missed the target in what would have been a swift equalizer.

KFA continued to threaten in the first half. In the 17th minute, Adeoye Tobi came close to doubling the lead with a curling free-kick that went inches wide, leaving Rectitude FA’s goalkeeper rooted to the spot.

Despite both teams creating promising chances, neither side managed to find the back of the net again, and the early strike from Mustapha proved decisive.

The result sees KFA secure a valuable win and continue their run of four consecutive victories in the league, while Rectitude FA will be left to rue their missed opportunities.
