In a thrilling match at the Kwara Kiddies League, Afolayan Abdulsamad and Ajayi Caleb stole the show, securing a 2-0 victory for KFA over SGFC Athletics. The match, which took place at the KFA stadium, had fans on the edge of their seats from start to finish.
The first half of the game ended goalless, with both teams displaying impressive defensive skills.
However, it was Afolayan Abdulsamad who broke the deadlock in the 44th minute, putting KFA in the lead with a precise shot that found the back of the net. The goal sent the KFA supporters into a frenzy, setting the stage for an electrifying second half.
Ajayi Caleb extended KFA’s lead in the 48th minute with a brilliantly executed goal. His skillful play and composure in front of the goal left the SGFC defense stunned, giving KFA a comfortable 2-0 advantage.
SGFC fought hard to make a comeback, launching several attacks in an attempt to cut the deficit. However, the KFA defense held firm, thwarting every attempt and denying SGFC any chance to get back into the game.
