Defending champions of the Kwara Kiddies League Kwara Football Academy continued their unbeaten start to the season following a 2-0 win over newcomers Abraysports on Saturday morning at the KFA Pitch.

The game started with intensity from both sides and it was the brilliance of Kewugbemi Ahmad in the 12th minute that broke the deadlock with a well-taken freekick from the left flank.
Eight minutes later and it was two. Adekunle Samuel put in a perfectly timed cross into the box which was met by a header from Ahmad for his second of the game.
Both sides failed to hit the back of the net in the second half despite KFA’s dominance and Abraysports’ incisive breaks.
The result leaves KFA sitting comfortably at the top of the log with 16 points while it is a fourth loss from six games this season for Abraysports.
