Surprise FA produced a scintillating first-half display to race into a commanding 3-0 lead against Barca Kiddies in their Kwara Kiddies League encounter on Saturday.
The visitors wasted no time in asserting their dominance, opening the scoring just five minutes into the game through the in-form Abdulrasaq Hassan.
The forward capitalised on an early opportunity to fire Surprise FA ahead and give his side the perfect start. Abdulrasaq continued to torment the Barca Kiddies defence and doubled the advantage in the 18th minute.
His second goal of the afternoon put Surprise FA firmly in control, leaving the hosts with a mountain to climb before the half-hour mark.
The visitors’ impressive attacking display continued five minutes later when Ajao Bilal added a third goal.
Bilal latched onto a well-delivered long pass from Mamudu Abdulqudus before calmly finishing to extend Surprise FA’s lead to 3-0 in the 23rd minute.
The early goals highlighted Surprise FA’s clinical edge in attack, with Abdulrasaq Hassan’s brace and Ajao Bilal’s strike putting the team in a commanding position.
Barca Kiddies, meanwhile, struggled to cope with the visitors’ intensity and will need a significant response to mount any comeback in the remainder of the encounter.
