Originally established in 2000 as Surprise Super Star Football Academy, Surprise FA joined the Kwara Kiddies League in 2023 and quickly made their mark. Finishing 5th in their debut season, the team showed remarkable growth by mounting a strong title challenge in 2024, eventually securing 3rd place on the league table. They also reached the final of the prestigious 2024 Kwara Kiddies League Super 8 Championship. Tactically astute, Surprise FA is known for their possessive 3-4-3 formation, emphasizing ball control, fluid passing, and aggressive pressing to win the ball back quickly.
